git 问题 fatal: early EOF,fatal: index-pack failed

git clone 的时候报：

fatal: the remote end hung up unexpectedly MiB | 4.00 KiB/s
fatal: early EOF
fatal: index-pack failed

多是因为网速的问题，把最低网速和无响应时间配置一下：

git config --global http.lowSpeedLimit 0
git config --global http.lowSpeedTime 999999 #单位/秒
