解决Idea翻译插件失效和google浏览器翻译失效

找到目录

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

找到hosts文件，在最后添加：

203.208.40.66       translate.google.com
203.208.40.66       translate.googleapis.com
120.253.255.162     translate.google.com
120.253.255.162     translate.googleapis.com
120.253.250.226     translate.google.com
120.253.250.226     translate.googleapis.com

  重启浏览器或者刷新Dns服务，在终端输入：

ipconfig /flushdns

如果ip已经ping不通，可以去这个网址Google Translate APIs找ip，然后ping一下
