2. Download anaconda5.3.0 with python 3.7.0

3. Install anaconda. Get into the download path and run:

4. Download tensorflow1.14

5. Install tensorflow. Get into the download and run :
pip install tensorflow-1.14.0-cp37-cp37m-manylinux1_x86_64.whl
Then got errors:
distributed 1.23.1 has requirement click>=6.6, but you'll have click 6.2 which is incompatible. (solved by : pip install --upgarde click )
Cannot uninstall 'wrapt'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
(solved by : pip install -U --ignore-installed wrapt enum34 simplejson netaddr)
At last, run pip install tensorflow-1.14.0-cp37-cp37m-manylinux1_x86_64.whlagain.
