Deployment failed: repository element was not specified in the POM inside distributionManagement element or in -DaltDeploymentRepository=id::layout::url parameter
1. 没有指定仓库地址，就在项目pom里添加仓库或者-DaltDeploymentRepository。
2. 在setting.xml里指定了仓库，但是读取不到。maven-deploy-plugin版本2.8以下不会去setting.xml拉取配置，所以升级maven-deploy-plugin版本>=2.8。
