今天升级系统，然后顺便升级了 VMWare Fusion。发现虚拟机的鼠标不能点击了。
最后的处理，是“隐私”下面的“辅助功能”，“输入监听”，“完全磁盘访问权限”这三个都要选上 vmware。 以前如果有，就删掉重新加上。

AnthonyMcD, your post and advice helped me quite a bit. To go to Input Monitoring and Full Disk Access were the pieces of the puzzle that I was missing, now I'm back in business with all of my VMs with Fusion 12.1.0 and Big Sur. Just wanted to say thank you (and that I wished I found your post before losing about 2 hours tinkering). ?
