1、问题发现：
ERP团队员工在DEV传输请求时发现无法读取传输队列。双击DEV出现弹窗如下：
Transport control program tp ended with error code 0208
Error: error in transport profil (param missing, unknow,.)
通过查询上述异常消息找到SAP note 2181970, 根据note分析原因可能是：
- Missing "TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL" file in the DIR_TRANS/bin directory or lack of permissions in the file
