建立一个自己的工作空间以及提前编译一遍
$ mkdir -p workspace/src
$ cd workspace
$ catkin_make下载项目并编译
$ cd
$ git clone https://github.com/WeiChunyu-star/effective_robotics_programming_with_ros
$ cp -r effective_robotics_programming_with_ros/ch10 workspace/src
$ cd workspace && catkin_make分割平面
$ roscore
$ rosrun chapter10_tutorials pcl_read
$ rosrun chapter10_tutorials pcl_filter
$ rosrun chapter10_tutorials pcl_downsampling
$ rosrun chapter10_tutorials pcl_partitioning
