项目右键——>properties——>project faceets——>把“Dynamic Web Module”前面的钩加上（如果已勾上就先去掉保存再加上）——>Further configuration available
新弹出的对话框——>将Content directory中的内容修改为：src/main/webapp——>在generate web.xml development descriptor前面加上钩——>OK
