安装完Vue devtools后，重启了Chrome，但打开检查工具没发现对应的vue插件，提示

Vue.js is detected on this page. Open DevTools and look for the Vue panel.

处理

刷新下页面，再看

如果还不行，就按网上的改配置去吧。。。
