windows 修改hosts映射，可以ping通，但是无法通过http url 路径访问，出现 500 Internal Privoxy Error

解决方案：

  1. 打开设置 找到 网络和Intenet选项。
  2. 选择 代理选项卡。
  3. 关闭 代理
